Am I responsible for any damage or misconduct caused by my tenants?
No. The renter becomes responsible for complying with the resort’s rules and for any damage or misconduct caused during the stay, subject to the resort’s policies and applicable agreement terms. This helps protect vacation owners from responsibility for issues caused by authorized guests.
What protections are in place for me?
Every client agreement is documented through a legally binding contract that is securely completed and executed electronically. We have established clear terms and safeguards to help protect all parties and provide confidence throughout the process.
What are the perks of booking corporate accommodations through the vacation benefits program?

What ensures that the offers are guaranteed?
We are able to provide guaranteed offers because our corporate clients have an established demand for resort accommodations for conventions, events, and business travel. Through these partnerships, eligible banked vacation time will receive an offer within 180 days, subject to the terms and qualification requirements of the program.
What happens if my vacation weeks are not rented?
To help ensure your offers are completed, it is important to remain available and respond promptly when offers are submitted for your approval. We will make multiple attempts to contact you and finalize the process.

In the unlikely event that you have not finalized an offer that is acceptable to you within the timeframe stated in your agreement, we will continue remarketing them at our expense, subject to the terms of the program.
